This project focused on supporting Asana’s English–Dutch localization across product interfaces, help content, and customer-facing materials. The goal was to ensure clarity, consistency, and usability while preserving Asana’s distinctive tone of voice and user-focused approach.

By aligning closely with Asana’s localization workflows and terminology guidelines, we ensured that the Dutch-language experience felt as intuitive and natural as the original English product.

Scope of work

Tigo provided ongoing English–Dutch translation and localization support for Asana, covering product UI, in-app messaging, help center content, and customer communications.

This included interface strings, onboarding flows, feature updates, and support documentation — all tailored to ensure a clear, consistent user experience for Dutch-speaking users.

How we work

We worked as an extension of Asana’s localization and product teams, following established workflows and quality standards. Each translation followed a structured process, including context analysis, translation, review, and final quality checks.

Particular attention was paid to usability, consistency, and tone, ensuring the Dutch interface supported productivity at every touchpoint.
